Late to the party! I have to admit, I never watched Sex and the City on HBO - but never fear, I’m addicted now. I’ve rented the DVD for seasons 4, 5, and 6. And I’ll probably spend the money to buy the entire set.

After analyzing this, as I do everything, it seems the show gives women permission to openly discuss the topic, yes, not all women sit around and talk about their sex life. But I’m sure more women are giving themselves permission to discuss it now. And I for one am happy its happening, because we no longer need to be ashamed of our sexuality. We are all sexual — and in order to understand how it affects you, you have to discuss it and think about it. OK, some women might be saying, I don’t have time for reflection, must less sex. My advice, make time. It’s an important part of you — and embracing it gives you the chance to become a well-rounded woman. Do it for yourself, but more about this later.
