Not sure what all the fuss is about regarding both of these movies. But I’m not interested in watching love stories between an ape and a ‘damsel in distress’ or two cowboys.

So it is clear, this is my preference, not a judgement on the content. I’m not interested in love stories between two guys or the trials/tribulations of the circumstances. Additionally, from a marketing point of view I don’t think it reflects the majority of people in the US but if a studio/producer wants to spend their money in the name of ‘art’ (cough, cough) then it is their choice.
