I can build and design any kind of site you want to see online. My challenge has been to make money from the sites. Lots of good ideas etc but as noted several times on this site and others, there are sites that aren’t very attractive or built with the latest/greatest technology who are making money. So what are the tricks?

I’ve worked on for myself for so long I’m getting sick thinking about working for someone else. I think about the time wasted in meetings, commuting, and the overall stress of doing what I’m told. In an effort to ‘avoid’ the ‘job’ syndrome I’ve started researching my options, i.e., how can I build my own empire, realistically, I don’t need an empire, I just need a small piece of the pie. (LOL) This shouldn’t be that hard right? I am talented, I have years of experience, I am literate, did I mention I have years of Internet experience.
