Oh my god — I can’t believe its been 10 years since I graduated. Yes, I know I’m dating myself, but thats OK. And I’ve been feeling a bit melacholy about it because as I look back I’ve accomplished alot but, yes, there is always the but. I guess I think I should be further along in my career, my life, etc.

Yes, I know I’ve accomplished alot — I’m not discounting that, but I think I’m a bit burned out with it all. Maybe I need a ‘road trip’! Those are always fun — you loose your sense of responsiblity, all that matters in getting to the next town, exploring the next exit off the freeway, or meeting those unique codgers in the local pub! sigh — those were the days, taking off on a moments notice and going.

Current reality, I have a couple projects to finish, I need to market my business to get a few new clients, and I want to make my million. Damn, no time for a road trip — I would settle for a good night on the town.
