I’m constantly amazed and confused about the crap our lawmakers speak up about! I’m so tired of the topics the politicians are raising like — flag burning, gay marriage et all. When will they start looking into issues that concern the majority of the public like health care, reducing the budget, and pulling our troops out of this war!

CNN gave a statistic that 52% of Americans support a constitutional amendment to stop flag burning. I’m not sure But my poisition is clear — we have the right to free speech, even if we don’t agree with the speech.

I fly the American flag at my home, I respect the flag. This is about the politicians paying attention to REAL issues instead of trying to bring up these fluff issues to get people riled up.
