I’ve decided to join an online dating service again! I’m not getting any younger so I should make an effort to find a special guy. So the strategy is to make as many contacts as possible, they say its all in the numbers right.

I’m looking for a guy who is the right ‘fit’.

You may ask, what ‘fits’ means. Well to me a good ‘fit’ is when we both find it easy, you know that someone who has similar interests, who isn’t a lot of work, and is ready to make time in their lives for you. The time issue has to go both ways because even when someone ‘fits’ it does take effort to get to know someone but that is the fun part. The other difference in this attempt is going to be I’m not going to stop at the first guy. I’m going to meet alot of guys and date several. Now this is a change for me because I tend to be a one man woman. I have never dated more than one guy at a time. So this will be an adventure and I’m looking forward to getting to know several guys to see where things lead and see the potential.

I have stuck with the Match.com site but there are a few things I find annoying. First they want you to pay to get a return reciept on your email. That’s a rip off! They also ask you to add all kinds of other things to your account to pump up the price — I don’t like that much and seems like they should be offering more value for our money — not asking for more for less. But we’ll see how it goes and as I said, I’ll keep you posted.
