I’m not surprised to hear this word — several of my mom’s brothers recently died of cancer. So when my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer it didn’t surprise me although I never wanted to think it could happen to her. But it has happened to my family again, cancer has struck again and I have to help my mother deal with it — this is going to be a tough journey and I’m not looking forward to walking down this path.
