This must be a challenge for everyone but somehow when you are in the middle of it you don’t remember that alot of us ‘go home’. You know the ‘home’ where you grew up — the home where you feel like a kid again and the memories of all flood back. I’m not sure about you but even as an adult the memories come back. So along with all that you’re having to deal with the medical crisis that brought you home in the first place. I’m fortunate enough to be able to work from any where in the world as long as I have a computer connection — I’m blessed in so many ways — but right now I don’t feel so ‘blessed’ — I just feel overwhelmed. And on top of all this crap you have the news media telling us we’re going into a recession! Well I have to say I don’t care if we’re going into a recession because its true what my sister always told me — if the problem can be solved with ‘money’ then its really not a “problem”. The only ‘real’ problems we have can’t be solved with money — i.e., health/physical problems.
I’m just rambling at this point but forgive me — because it may be this way over the next few weeks.
Thanks for reading.
P.S. no more living in the past — its okay to have memories and remember the moments but moving forward in my life is key. Remembering who I was is good, knowing who I am is even more important!
