Okay, everyone attempts to loose weight at some point in their lives and I’m no different. But this time it isn’t about loosing weight - its about getting healthy in both my body and spirit. So here are the first three songs I’ll be using in my cardio portion of my daily workout.
They are all up-beat, high tempo songs that put you in a good mood - feel free to use them if you’d like.
Nikka Costa, Like a Feather (3:15)
Christina Aguilera, Candyman (3:15) - This will get your feet swinging!

Lynyrd Skynyrd, Sweet Home Alabam (5:42) Yes, takes me back to my high school dances! Those were the days.
Everlast, Saving Grace (3:11) This is the last one in the routine because it has a slower tempo - but it is good to cool down too.
Led Zeppelin: Stairway to Heaven (10:55) - Okay this really isn’t a song to workout to - but I had to include it because I love it and it brings back so many memories from my youth!
