So back to the title of the story - what I’ve learned from Jeff Lewis of Flipping Out - everything is negotiable - yes, that’s right - everything is negotiable.

Every week there is something new on the show and this season brings it back to reality, even Jeff is having money issues like everyone else. But how hard is it - he still has assistants, he has a housekeeper, he lives in a great house in LA and has a reality TV show.

Jeff is funny, the greatest thing about the show is he can say some of the stuff without cracking a smile, when it is clearly a joke.
